Privacy Policy

The short version. BASLN stores all data locally on your device. We collect nothing. There is no server, no analytics, no tracking.

What data is stored

The following data is stored only on your device: cognitive test results (reaction times, accuracy, scores), pre-test context you provide (sleep hours, caffeine intake, exercise, stress level), personal baseline calculations, session history and streak data, device model and OS version (for timing calibration only), and app preferences.

What we collect

Nothing. BASLN does not collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. There are no analytics SDKs, no tracking pixels, no user accounts, and no telemetry of any kind.

iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud Sync in Settings, your data may be synced across your Apple devices via your personal iCloud account. This uses Apple's infrastructure and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. BASLN has no access to your iCloud account.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. BASLN does not have access to your payment information.

Data export

You can export your data as a CSV file at any time via Settings. This file is generated locally and shared using the standard iOS share sheet.

Data deletion

You can delete all your data at any time via Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data. Since no data exists on external servers, deletion is immediate and complete.

BASLN is a cognitive performance tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Children

BASLN is not intended for use by children under 13.
